Start selling on TikTok LIVE with CF-Shops in 10 minutes

This guide is written for people who have never sold on a live stream before. If you have something to sell, one phone and a Facebook account, you are ready. I will take you step by step from opening the system for the first time to closing your first real sale. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes and needs no technical knowledge at all.

The big picture: from comment to parcel

  1. Customer types a CF code in your live

  2. The system creates the order and deducts stock

  3. Customer pays, the system verifies the slip

  4. Print the shipping label and ship

What you need before you start

  • One phone and a TikTok account that can already go LIVE
  • A Facebook account to log in to CF-Shops (your shop's account is best)
  • Your shop's bank account number and payment QR code
  • The products you will sell, with prices and stock quantities

Follow these 6 steps

1Log in with Facebook and create your shop About 1 min

Click "Free 7-day trial" and log in with the Facebook account you use every day. You will land on the create-shop page. Take your time here: use the shop name your customers already know, because it appears in every message sent to them. I recommend using your shop's own Facebook account rather than a personal one, so things don't get mixed up once a team helps you pack.

2Fill in shop details and your bank account About 3 min

In shop settings, enter your phone number, the address printed on shipping labels and, most importantly, your bank account and payment QR. People often skip this, then customers order during the live but can't pay, and the sale is lost. Make sure the account number and account name match the QR exactly, because automatic slip verification compares the name and amount for you. If they don't match, it can't check.

3Connect TikTok to your shop About 1 min

Go to the shop info tab, enter your TikTok Username (without the @) and click verify. Then copy the TikTok Link and paste it into your TikTok profile bio. This step is the heart of it: it tells the system which live channel belongs to your shop. Without the link, comments can't be captured. It takes one minute, yet it is the step people forget most.

4Set product codes (CF) for what you will sell About 3 min

Before going live, give each product a short CF code such as A1 or A2, or a product nickname. This is the code customers type in the comments to order. Keep codes easy to type and unique, and show them on a sign in front of the camera so customers type them correctly. The simpler the code, the faster orders flow.

5Go LIVE on TikTok and turn on comment capture About 1 min

Start your TikTok LIVE as usual, then come back to CF-Shops and turn on comment capture. The system reads comments containing CF codes and creates orders instantly while you are still live. You can focus on selling and talking to customers instead of writing orders down. Try a test order from your own account first so you can see how it works.

6Close sales and send customers a payment link About 1 min

When the live ends, the system combines each customer's items into a single order, totals it and sends them a link to pay. Once the customer transfers and attaches a slip, the system verifies it automatically, and you can print the shipping label and get a tracking number right away. The whole loop, from comment to parcel, happens in one system.

Tip before your first real live

Do a short 5-minute practice live with a friend or a spare account. Have them type 2 or 3 CF codes, then check that the orders come in, the totals are right and the payment link opens. Once one rehearsal passes, your real live is stress-free.

Common mistakes

Product codes not ready before the live

Customers type an order but the system doesn't recognise the code, so it isn't captured. Prepare all codes before you go live, and keep the product list open on the side in case you need to add more during the live.

Account number or name doesn't match the QR

Slip verification can't match the payment, so the customer has paid but the order stays pending. Go back to the bank account page and make sure every character matches.

Forgetting to put the TikTok link in your bio

The system can't tell which shop the live belongs to, so comments come in but never become orders. The fix is simple: copy the link from your shop page into your TikTok bio before you go live.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to start selling on TikTok LIVE with CF-Shops?

The first setup takes about 10 minutes: create your shop, add your payment account, connect TikTok and set product codes. For later lives the system remembers your settings, so you just go live, turn on comment capture and start selling.

Do I need a TikTok Shop cart first?

No cart needed. Customers order by typing a CF code in the comments, the system creates the order in your CF-Shops store, and the money goes straight to your shop's bank account, so these sales are not charged platform GP fees.

Can I go live on TikTok and Facebook at the same time?

Yes. The system captures comments from several channels at once from the same stock. First to comment gets the item, so you never oversell.

Does it cost anything to start?

Try it free for 7 days with no setup fee. Run a real live and see the results before you decide.
